Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of sea salt
- Chili flakes (optional)
- Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with lemon juice, sea salt, and chili flakes.
- Spread the mashed avocado onto the toast and top with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
